Can you retrieve deleted text messages?
my mother says she can retrieve my texts. i’ve deleted all the ones i really dont want her to see. she still says she can retrieve them. i dont thnk she has a SIM card, or any software like that. so can she or am i safe?

No, your mom is lying to you. Once a text is deleted, it is done. The only way to get a hold of deleted text is to have a court order. Then with a court order your provider can get the text messages, but text messages are only stored on the sever for 72 hours. After that no way. She cannot retrieve texts with software.
I think some phone service providers can retrieve your texts for you.

The company can e-mail them to her. I have verizon, and my parents can look at my txts, so she might not even have software!
she might be able to through the cell phone company but not any other way and she’d probably have to go through a lot of trouble just to get them so i wouldn’t worry too much chances are she wouldn’t do it
