I need to restore deleted files,,,,I know that when you delete a file it go to the garbage icon in the desktop and when you doble clik the garbage icon it open and you can restore or complete emty the file from the garbage,,,,,,,but i heard about the posibility of restore the files again even when it are gone in an emty garbage way,,,,i need to restore deleted files for my work that some one in my office deleted at pourpose

There are programs that claim to do that, but in many cases, once you empty the garbage can, they’re toast.
Do an internet search for undelete programs.
You could try a data recovery service, but they are EXPENSIVE.
