How do I recover deleted text messages from the internal memory of a mobile phone?
I have deleted some important text messages from my nokia e65 and want to know how i can recover them from the internal phone memory, i.e not the Sim Card.

You can probably not.
If your SMS are stored in the microsd memory (I don’t know), you can try to insert it in a computer and to use a file recovery software (you will find a list of them here: http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2008/01/24/top-10-free-data-recovery-software/ ).
