How do I retrieve deleted text messages from sony ericsson equinox?

I have a sony ericsson equinox through tmobile. I mean to only delet one text message but I accidently deleted a whole conversation. I need some info from some of the messages. How do I get them back. I can hook my phone up to my computer through USB and have the ericsson suite so I can look back up my phone and stuff. When I went through my computer and clicked on the phone icon it lets me open up the folders for text messages but it is completely empty. Can I retrieve my messages somehow?

Unfortunately if you have deleted the text messages from your phone, there is no option that will allow you to retrieve them. The messages are permanently deleted and you will have to make new messages.
