go to internet option and click “content” clear SSL and if you got norton system works do a clean sweep and also do a dosk clean up. don’t purchase anything its not nessary also clear the recycle bin (not the proected files).

You can try CC Cleaner. It will clean IE and Firefox with each use. It has an ok registry cleaner too.
You have to perform a “secure delete” to remove information permanently. This is the only real way to erase information off of magnetic media. This works by encrypting the data and deleting it many times over until its nothing more than unreadable code. Shredding is another technique but not nearly as effective. Also.
