Q&A: is there a way to view deleted text messages – the phone bill is in my name- think husband is cheating.?

Question by Angel: is there a way to view deleted text messages – the phone bill is in my name- think husband is cheating.?
I’m pretty sure my husband is cheating on me, but with a two year old and a child on the way I don’t want to leave him without proof. However he deletes his text messages and calls, and a bunch of other suspicious stuff.

Does the phone company have a copy of his text messages? His Cricket Cell phone is in my name, is there a way to view the deleted text messages or at least have the phone company give me a list of people and times he has been texting?

I think I can narrow it down since he disappeared shortly after I fell asleep last night. Claimed he was helping at work (subway) since they were slammed but claims he didn’t clock in. I doubt he was even there. I was going to go check the mileage driven in my van but he claims he gave a friend a ride home after work. I could continue to complain forever but what I really need to know is asked above. Can I see his messages after he deletes them?
Sorry, I should have said that Cricket is a phone company. It’s just super small. In a few locations in the Midwest and not expanding very quickly, but cheap service.

You can ask them for an itemized phone bill if it is in your name

No. I doubt the phone company knows. When a message is sent or delivered it’s just a packet of data to them. As far a catching him…I don’t think you want to. There’s a lot of ways other than a cell phone to catch him lying. Shut his phone off first.

Hi. you should ask for a monthly statement of your account and then you will know which numbers and texts he is texting and trace it from their. your service provider will do this for you for a small fee.like a monthly statement of what you use.

awww i am sorry to hear that… and i have AT&T but they have all the numbers you text you can actually pay $ 5 extra a month to have them give you what the txts say. i would definitely call them if i were you and ask them what they can do or even go to the store (im not sure what carrier Cricket is with) but those are the AT&T rules unless cricket is like a prepaid phone like tracfone then they wouldnt be able to receive the texts

if you pay the phone bills, you can check online to see WHO is txting him?
but if hes cheating, he probably has a second cell, a *batphone* something small, discreet and is prepaid. THAT’s the phone you look for, and bring to your lawyer over.
